A text processing method and apparatus, a device, and a medium. The method comprises: obtaining text in a preset text database, and extracting at least one keyword from the text (S110), the text corresponding to one phrase set, and a set element being a phrase that establishes a mapping relationship with the corresponding text; establishing a keyword list on the basis of each extracted keyword (S120), a mapping relationship between each keyword and the element in the phrase set corresponding to the text in which the keyword is located being the same as a mapping relationship between the text in which the keyword is located and the element in the corresponding phrase set; and determining a keyword pair having an association relationship in the keyword list, updating elements in the phrase set corresponding to each keyword in the keyword pair, and establishing a relationship chart of the keywords and the phrases according to the mapping relationship between each keyword and the element in the updated phrase set (S130).
