Abstract:
A textile machinery centering device, comprising a support base (1). The support base (1) is separately connected to a first rotating shaft (2) and a second rotating shaft (3) by means of bearing bases; a pressing roller (4) is sleeved on the first rotating shaft (2); air cylinders (5) are connected to the two ends of the second rotating shaft (3), respectively; a piston end of each air cylinder (5) is connected to a guide plate (6), and positioning plates (7) are connected to the two sides of the upper end of the guide plate (6); the inner side edge of each positioning plate (7) is connected to a set of photoelectric sensors (8); the guide plate (6) is arc-shaped, and a cloth passing space is formed between the arc-shaped surface of the guide plate (6) and the pressing roller (4). The device is simple in structure, a position of cloth can be sensed by the photoelectric sensors (8) inside the positioning plates (7), and angles of the guide plates (6) are adjusted in real time by means of the air cylinders (5) at the two ends of the second rotating shaft (3), so that the cloth can be neatly stacked; in addition, the distance between the positioning plates (7) is adjustable so that the centering device can adapt to cloth of different widths.
