Abstract:
A textile material pre-treatment apparatus, which comprises a baking box, an exhaust fan, an installation plate, activated carbon pellets, a heating device, a first separation plate, a second separation plate, a fixing plate, a first spring, a slide shaft, a press block, and a tube; a material inlet and a material outlet are provided on the baking box, and rotating rollers are provided within the baking box; the first separation plate and the second separation plate are installed within the baking box, and a first through hole is provided on the first separation plate; the heating device is installed within the baking box; two ends of the installation plate are respectively connected to the second separation plate and an inner wall of the baking box, and an installation compartment used for accommodating the activated carbon pellets is provided within the installation plate; one end of the tube is connected to an air outlet of the exhaust fan, and the other end of the tube passes through the second separation plate; the fixing plate is connected to the second separation plate, and a recessed slot is provided on the fixing plate; the slide shaft is slidably connected to inner walls of the recessed slot, and the slide shaft is connected to the press block; and two ends of the first spring are respectively connected to the slide shaft and inner walls of the recessed slot. The present utility model treats a peculiar odor produced from textile material water removal, and processing quality and efficiency of a product are improved.
