Abstract:
A textile oven capable of continuously drying cloth in a reciprocating manner, the textile oven comprising a housing, first springs, first rotation supports and first supporting columns, wherein the housing is provided with a first feed roller, a guide wheel and a second feed roller; cloth is wound around the first feed roller and the second feed roller, and same is pressed against the guide wheel; the housing is provided with water tanks; first supporting plates are arranged above the water tanks; the first supporting plates are connected to the housing; the first supporting plates are provided with drainage pipes; and the drainage pipes are located above the water tanks. The drying efficiency is improved; first rolling wheels and second rolling wheels make water absorption belts rotate along with the cloth, thereby reducing friction and protecting the surface of the cloth; a cloth spreading device can fully stretch the cloth, thereby increasing the drying area and improving the drying efficiency; second springs and second telescopic rods can prevent the cloth from being overstretched, thereby avoiding breaking the cloth; the first feed roller and the second feed roller can rotate clockwise and anticlockwise such that the cloth is repeatedly dried in the device, thereby improving the drying effect; and an air output device can control the intensity of hot air, thereby improving the drying efficiency.
