Abstract:
A textile scrap edge treatment apparatus, comprising an input end and a winding end, and an operation frame provided between the input end and the winding end. Scrap edge cutting assemblies are provided on the two sides of the top of the operation frame; a scrap edge collecting apparatus is provided on the side of the operation frame close to the winding end; the scrap edge collecting apparatus comprises adjusting bases, a threaded rod, a special-shaped rail, and a collecting box; the collecting box is provided on the top surface of a fixation base; the adjusting bases are respectively fixedly connected to the two sides of the end of a conveying table close to the winding end; the threaded rod penetrates through the adjusting bases; the special-shaped rail is fixedly connected to the side of the threaded rod close to the center of the conveying table; the top end of the special-shaped rail abuts against the conveying table, the other end of the special-shaped rail is provided above the collecting box, and the other end of the special-shaped rail is obliquely provided. According to the present invention, centralized collection of scrap edges is achieved, so that the scrap edges are prevented from being scattered in a cutting process, and normal operation of the scrap edge treatment apparatus is guaranteed; moreover, an operator does not need to take a large amount of time for cleaning the scrap edges scattered around.
