Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a thawing method for refrigeration and freezing equipment. The refrigeration and freezing equipment comprises a housing defining at least one storage compartment, at least one housing door used for closing the at least one storage compartment, a cooling system used for providing refrigeration to the at least one storage compartment, a controller, and a thawing unit, where the thawing unit comprises a cylinder provided in one storage compartment and defining a heating compartment, and a door used for closing the heating compartment. The thawing method comprises: acquiring a start thawing trigger instruction; controlling the thawing unit to start and run and controlling the cooling system to stop providing refrigeration to the heating compartment; determining that the thawing of an item to be processed is nearly completed; controlling the cooling system to provide refrigeration to the heating compartment, thus reducing compartment temperature fluctuations caused by thawing, keeping the compartment temperature steady, and ensuring the effect of freshness preservation. Also provided in the present invention is the refrigeration and freezing equipment.
