Abstract:
The present invention provides a therapeutic agent, etc., for renal dysfunction. The present invention pertains to a therapeutic agent, a therapeutic pharmaceutical composition, etc., for renal dysfunction (such as polycystic kidney disease) that includes, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by formula (I), a prodrug thereof, a pharmacologically acceptable salt of these, or a hydrate or solvate of these.
