Abstract:
Disclosed is a thermal phase separation solid residue discharging, cooling and dust removing device comprising a discharging spiral device (1) and a discharging spraying spiral device (2), wherein the discharging spiral device (1) and the discharging spraying spiral device (2) are connected, the discharging spiral device (1) is provided with a first spiral shaft (11), a material cavity (3) and a jacket cavity (4), the first spiral shaft (11) is sheathed with the material cavity (3), the jacket cavity (4) is arranged outside the material cavity (3) in a sheathing manner, the first spiral shaft (11) is used for conveying materials in the material cavity (3), a first feeding port (5) is provided in one end of the material cavity (3), the first feeding port (5) penetrates the jacket cavity (4) to extend out of the jacket cavity (4), a first discharging port (6) is provided in the other end of the material cavity (3), the first discharging port (6) penetrates the jacket cavity (4) to extend out of one end of the jacket cavity (4), a first water inlet (7) is provided in one end of the jacket cavity (4), a first water outlet (8) is provided in the other end of the jacket cavity (4), a spraying assembly (12) is arranged in the discharging spraying spiral device (2), and the spraying assembly (12) is used for spraying water to the materials; and by using the device, the high-temperature materials are cooled before being subjected to water spraying, humidification and dust removal, such that the amount of spraying water used is reduced, costs are saved, and serious secondary pollution caused by dust carried by water vapor can be prevented.
