Abstract:
Disclosed is a thermal state performance test device for a burner. The test device comprises a furnace body, wherein the furnace body comprises a housing and a furnace tube; a cavity is provided between the housing and the furnace tube; a nozzle facing the furnace tube is arranged in the cavity; the nozzle is connected to a cooling water pipe; a top of the housing is connected to an exhaust pipe in communication with the cavity, and a bottom of the housing is provided with a drainage pipe in communication with the cavity; and one end of the furnace tube is provided with a combustion port connected to the burner, and the other end is provided with a flue gas pipe, and a pressure regulating valve is arranged in the flue gas pipe. The nozzle provided in the present invention can spray cooling water to the furnace tube to control the temperature in the furnace tube, and in addition, the pressure in the furnace tube can be controlled by the opening degree of the pressure regulating valve, thus realizing the control of the temperature and the pressure in the furnace tube, so that hearth environments of apparatuses, such as boilers, kilns and aluminum melting furnaces, can be simulated. Using the present device to develop a burner can greatly shorten the development cycle, reduce the development risk, and save on development cost.
