Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermal transfer assembly which presses and heats fabric and transfer paper supplied from a worktable such that a printed matter of the transfer paper is transferred to the fabric and, more particularly, to a thermal transfer assembly of a transfer machine which is capable of preventing slipping of a belt rolled through a heating drum of the thermal transfer assembly as well as adjusting a position of an already slipped belt to an original position, and adjusting the tension of the belt to apply a constant and even pressure to the front of the fabric and the transfer paper, the thermal transfer assembly comprising: the heating drum; a plurality of pulleys disposed along the circumference of the heating drum; a press having the belt for pressing the transfer paper and the fabric around the heating drum while circulating along the plurality of pulleys; a support having one end rotatably connected to a supporting panel and the other end having a guide hole formed therein; a mover movably connected along the guide hole; a first actuator, fixed to the support, for applying power to move the mover; a second actuator having one end rotatably connected to the supporting panel and the other end rotatably connected to the support to apply power to rotate the support; and a slipper having a pressurizing roller connected to the mover so as to roll and pass a belt therethrough.
