Abstract:
Provided is a thermal transfer sheet that has excellent releasability at the time of release of a transfer layer, without being influenced by a release environment in which the transfer layer is released. The thermal transfer sheet 100 is provided with a base material 1 and a transfer layer 10 that is provided to one surface of the base material 1, the thermal transfer sheet 100 being characterized by having a release force, at the time of stability, within a range of 4.6-23 g/cm when the transfer layer 10 is released at a release angle of 90° by using a surface, of the transfer layer 10, on the side opposed to the base material 1 as a release interface at a release temperature within a range of 30-70ºC.
