Disclosed are a thermally activated delayed fluorescent material and a synthesis method therefor, and an electroluminescent device. The thermally activated delayed fluorescent material is a target compound synthesized by reaction of an electron donor and an electron acceptor, and the target compound is a D n-A molecular structure, and n is 1 or 2 or 3, wherein D in the molecular structure is the electron donor, and A is the electron acceptor.
