Abstract:
Provided is a cutinase mutant with a strong thermal stability, which is the cutinase mutant having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2 obtained by means of mutating amino acids at positions 61 and 89 into cysteine on the basis of the cutinase as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1, or is the cutinase mutant having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3 obtained by means of mutating glutamic acid at position 204 and aspartic acid at position 253 into cysteine on the basis of the cutinase as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. Further provided are a gene encoding the cutinase mutant, an expression vector carrying the gene, a microbial cell expressing the cutinase mutant, a method for soluble expression of the cutinase mutant, the use of the cutinase mutant in the field of the chemical or textile industry, and a method for modifying PET fibers or fabrics thereof by means of using the cutinase mutant.
