Abstract:
The present application relates to a thermoelectric-based cooling module. A thermoelectric-based cooling module according to one embodiment comprises: a first thermoelectric module having a first heat-absorbing surface and a first heat-releasing surface; a second thermoelectric module having a second heat-absorbing surface and a second heat-releasing surface, the first heat-releasing surface and the second heat-releasing surface being arranged to face each other; one or more cooling fins, which are thermally connected to the first heat-absorbing surface and/or the second heat-absorbing surface and guide a first fluid in a first direction, the first fluid being cooled by releasing heat onto at least one from among the first heat-absorbing surface, the second heat-absorbing surface, and the cooling fin; and one or more radiating fins, which are positioned in the space between the first heat-releasing surface and the second heat-releasing surface and guide a second fluid in a second direction, the second fluid being heated by absorbing heat from at least one from among the first heat-releasing surface, the second heat-releasing surface, and the radiating fin, wherein the cooling fins and the radiating fins are substantially perpendicular to each other such that the flowing direction of the first fluid is substantially perpendicular to the flowing direction of the second fluid, and the length of the cooling fin in the first direction is longer than the length of the radiating fin in the second direction.
