Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thin film tearing mechanism, with a thin film being attached to a lower surface of a workpiece body and protruding out of an edge of the workpiece body to form at least one clamping portion, the thin film tearing mechanism comprising a material carrying table and a clamping module; the material carrying table is provided with an outwardly extending support portion used for carrying the workpiece body, with the clamping portion protruding out of an edge of the support portion such that a lower portion of the clamping portion is suspended; the clamping module is provided with at least one group of clamping jaws, and each group of clamping jaws is arranged opposite one corresponding clamping portion; and the clamping module comprises a clamping mounting frame and a thin film stripping driver mounted on the clamping mounting frame, and a power output end of the thin film stripping driver is in transmission connection with the clamping jaws. After the clamping jaws clamp the corresponding clamping portion, the thin film stripping driver drives the clamping jaws to move downwards, the clamping jaws drag the clamping portion to be bent downwards relative to the edge of the workpiece body, such that the thin film is lifted up from the edge of the workpiece body, and then the workpiece body is stripped, under an external force, from a bonding face between the workpiece body and the thin film.
