Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of lamp heat dissipation, and specifically relates to a thin-walled cavity-type convection heat dissipating LED lamp housing, comprising a mounting plate; the front side of the mounting plate is fixedly connected to a lamp holder provided for the placement of an illuminating lamp; the outer side of the lamp holder is provided with a housing bolted to the mounting plate; a heat dissipation mechanism is arranged at left and right ends of the inner side of the housing; the rear side of the mounting plate is fixedly connected to a connecting frame, and the inner side of the connecting frame is provided with a cooling mechanism. By means of providing a heat dissipation mechanism, the present invention uses a cooling fan to discharge air inside a device, quicken internal air circulation, reduce heat buildup inside the lamp housing, and prevent the lamp from being damaged by high temperatures. By means of providing a cooling mechanism, the present invention can further enhance the heat dissipation capabilities of the device, and effectively extend the service life of the lamp. By means of providing a sealing ring, the present invention can enhance the sealing performance of the device, prevent the leakage of the cooling water during the flowing process, and enhance the use stability of the lamp. By means of providing a second cooling pipe, the present invention can cool the lamp holder.
