Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention are a thread feeding unit for a needle passing machine for producing knitted tubes, and a needle passing machine. The thread feeding unit comprises: a support; a rotating structure provided on the support; and a first thread passing disk provided on the rotating structure. First thread passing holes for allowing knitting threads to pass through are arranged on the first thread passing disk in the circumferential direction at intervals. The rotating structure is configured to be capable of driving the first thread passing disk to rotate. The rotating structure drives the first thread passing disk to drive the knitting threads in the first thread passing holes to rotate separately, so that a plurality of fiber filaments constituting the knitting thread in each first thread passing hole are changed from a loose state into a closely intertwined state, thereby avoiding uneven thickness of a knitted tube due to that crochet hooks only hook some of the fiber filaments during a process of hooking the knitting threads. Therefore, the usage scenarios of the thread feeding unit are not limited by the quality of the knitting threads. Moreover, because the knitting threads do not need to be twisted before passing through the thread feeding unit, the production efficiency is improved and the production costs are reduced.
