Abstract:
Provided is a thread trimming and presser foot mechanism of a sewing machine, comprising a step motor (3), a housing, a thread trimming connecting rod (10), a thread trimming connecting rod shaft (8), a thread trimming drive shaft (6), and a thread trimming assembly (7); a thread trimming cam (4) is mounted at the left shaft end of the step motor (3); a thread trimming shaft sleeve (5) and a thread trimming connecting rod sleeve (9) are mounted on the housing; the thread trimming shaft sleeve (5) is provided with the thread trimming drive shaft (6); the thread trimming assembly (7) is mounted on the left end of the thread trimming drive shaft (6); the thread trimming connecting rod shaft sleeve (9) is provided with the thread trimming connecting rod shaft (8); a thread trimming connecting rod (10) is mounted on the right outer end of the thread trimming connecting rod shaft (8), and hinged by means of a first thread trimming connecting rod axis screw (11); a first roller (12) is mounted on the outer side of the first thread trimming connecting rod shaft screw (11); the other end of the thread trimming connecting rod (10) is connected to the end of the thread trimming drive shaft (6). The mechanism uses a step motor (3) to independently perform the trimming and presser foot movements, reducing product costs, and, by controlling the operation of the step motor (3) by means of an electronic control program, reducing the workload of employees.
