Abstract:
A threaded hose covered with a braided mesh sleeve, comprising a threaded hose (11) and a braided mesh sleeve (12) tightly attached to the outer wall of the threaded hose. The threaded hose (11) is made of a thermoplastic elastomer material. The braided mesh sleeve (12) is formed by braiding elastic wires. The elastic wires are made of acrylic, spandex, polyester, nylon, aramid, filament yarn, or low-elastic yarn. A processing method and processing mold for a threaded hose covered with a braided mesh sleeve. The inner cavity of the threaded hose (11) is inflated, so that the threaded hose (11) is supported, and thus the braided mesh sleeve (12) having a good attachment property is braided on the wall of the threaded hose (11).
