Abstract:
A three-degree-of-freedom hybrid vibration screening mechanism and a control method therefor, and a harvester, the screening mechanism comprising: a machine frame (1), a vibrating screen (7), a first drive mechanism, a second drive mechanism, a sensor (8), and a controller (24). Hydraulic motors (2, 15) are used for driving in parallel to implement two-degree-of-freedom rotation adjustment of the horizontal attitude and inclination angles of the screen surface of the vibrating screen (7). The vibrating screen (7) is driven by means of the first driving mechanism to perform single-degree-of-freedom reciprocating movement, so as to achieve the three-degree-of-freedom vibration adjustment of the screen surface. A vibration parameter control model is created by combining the theoretical analysis and tests. During operation, the sensor (8) installed at the tail of the vibrating screen (7) monitors the loss rate and distribution state of grains in real time. The horizontal attitude angle of the screen surface, the inclination angle of the screen surface, and the vibration frequency are adaptively optimized to facilitate the uniform and discrete distribution of materials on the screen surface, so that the screening efficiency of materials fed in a non-uniform manner can be effectively improved, and the grain loss rate can be reduced.
