Abstract:
A three-dimensional image sensing system (10) and a related electronic device, and a time-of-flight ranging method. The three-dimensional image sensing system (10) comprises: a three-dimensional image sensor (100), comprising: a light-emitting module (102), configured to emit structured light to a target object (300), the structured light having a known pattern; a photosensitive module (104), configured to receive reflected structured light reflected by the structured light by means of the target object; and a processing unit (110), configured to perform time-of-flight ranging on the basis of the structured light and time of flight of the reflected structured light to obtain a first distance corresponding to the target object, wherein the first distance has a global offset. The processing unit (110) constructs an unknown distance image on the basis of the reflected structured light, and estimates a disparity value between the unknown distance image and a known distance image on the basis of the known pattern, calculates a global compensation coefficient on the basis of the disparity value, and compensates the first distance according to the global compensation coefficient.
