Abstract:
A three-dimensional object-measurement device (2000) is provided with: a laser-beam irradiation unit (2020) which irradiates with a laser beam; a focal-distance changing unit (2040) which changes the focal distance of the laser beam; an imaging unit (2060) which images the laser beam reflected at measurement points on an object (3000) to be measured, and generates image data; a controller (2080); and a distance calculation unit (2100). The controller (2080) controls the focal-distance changing unit (2040) and the imaging unit (2060) such that the same measurement points on the object (3000) to be measured are irradiated respectively with a plurality of laser beams having different focal distances, and image data is acquired by imaging reflected light of the laser beams. The distance calculation unit (2100) processes the image data, and calculates the distance to the measurement points.
