Abstract:
The present invention relates to a three-tower device and method for recycling ethylene and ethane from a dry gas through oil absorption. A dry gas is pressurized by a compressor and cooled, then is mixed with a rich liquid from an absorption tower and a desorbed gas from a desorption tower, and then enters a heat exchanger for cooling to reach an absorption temperature; the mixture enters a flash drum for single flash, the gas phase, as a gas phase feed of the absorption tower, enters from the tower bottom; the liquid phase, as a feed of the desorption tower, enters from the tower top; the product from the bottom of the desorption tower undergoes rectification in a rectifying tower to obtain ethylene and ethane products; and the products from the bottom of the rectifying tower are supplemented and cooled, and then return as an absorbent to the top of the absorption tower. An intercondenser is provided in the absorption tower, so that the heat generated from absorption can be removed timely. In the present invention, the contents of methane and other light components are controlled by adjusting the desorption tower, the content of the methane is 0.05% lower than that of ethylene, and the products can directly enter an ethylene tower to obtain polymer-grade ethylene. The method of the present invention is suitable for separating and recycling C2 components from a catalytic cracking dry gas and is expected to replace a cryogenic method.
