Abstract:
A three-way valve structure for an injection molding machine. The three-way valve structure comprises: a valve body (1), a mounting hole (2) and a circulating hole (3) being longitudinally formed in the valve body (1), the mounting hole (2) being communicated with the circulating hole (3), a feeding hole (4) and a discharging hole (5) being transversely formed in the lower portion of the valve body (1), and the feeding hole (4) being communicated with the mounting hole (2); and a valve element (9) longitudinally and movably provided in the mounting hole (2). A lower end of the valve element (9) is movably inserted into the discharging hole (5) and separates the discharging hole (5) from the feeding hole (4); when feeding into the feeding hole (4) is performed, a raw material can drive the valve element (9) to move upwards; and when the valve element (9) moves upwards, the lower end of the valve element (9) is separated from the discharging hole (5), the feeding hole (4) is communicated with the discharging hole (5), and the circulating hole (3) and the mounting hole (2) are separated by an upper end of the valve element (9). Compared with the prior art, the three-way valve structure has the advantages that up-and-down movement of the valve body (1) is only driven by flowing of the raw material, no additional driving source needs to be mounted, so the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the repair and maintenance difficulty during use is low.
