Abstract:
Provided is a throughput estimation device (500) which comprises: a wireless link quality information acquisition unit (501) for acquiring wireless link quality information which represents the quality of a wireless link established between a mobile station and a base station in a mobile communication network; and a throughput estimation unit (502) for estimating throughput based on the acquired wireless link quality information, throughput being the amount of data, which is transmitted by a transmission device communicably connected with the mobile station by way of the wireless link, received by the mobile station per unit time.
