Abstract:
The present invention makes a thrust generating device compact in the axial direction of a rotary shaft of a motor while making variable the pitch angle of rotor blades driven by the motor. A thrust generating device (1) comprising: a thrust generating motor (2) that generates thrust for rotor blades (H1-H3); a pitch varying motor (5) that generates a rotational motion for changing the pitch angles of the rotor blades (H1-H3); a rotation linear motion conversion unit (7) that converts the rotational motion of the pitch varying motor (5) into a linear motion; and a linear motion rotation conversion unit (8) that converts the linear motion converted by the rotation linear motion conversion unit (7) into a rotational motion, wherein at least a part of the rotation linear motion conversion unit (7) is housed in the thrust generating motor (2).
