Abstract:
Engaging parts (50) and engaged parts (60), which fit together and can be brought into contact with and separated from each other, are formed respectively on vertically overlapping, opposing surfaces of an upper-side strap (40) and a lower-side strap (30). The engaging parts and/or the engaged parts are formed in plurality along the direction of contact/separation between a base part (e.g. an outer-side sheet part (26)) and a moving part (e.g. an inner-side sheet part (25)), and the distance between the base part (e.g. the outer-side sheet part (26)) and the moving part (e.g. the inner-side sheet part (25)) is made adjustable thereby. A guide part (70) for allowing reception of the upper-side strap (30) in an overlapping state is provided on the lower-side strap (40).
