Abstract:
A time-interleaved successive approximation analog to digital converter (TISAR ADC) and a calibration method thereof. The TISAR ADC calibration method comprises: performing sampling of an analog signal input into the TISAR ADC, so as to generate a reference digital signal (S130); according to the reference digital signal and an output digital signal generated by each analog-to-digital conversion sub-module of the TISAR ADC, obtaining a capacitance array calibration parameter of each of the analog-to-digital conversion sub-modules and a time delay calibration parameter of each of the analog-to-digital conversion sub-modules (S140); according to each of the capacitance array calibration parameters, adjusting capacitance arrays of the corresponding analog-to-digital conversion sub-modules (S150); according to each of the time delay calibration parameters, adjusting time delays of the corresponding analog-to-digital conversion sub-modules (S160).
