Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a time synchronization system, a management device, a time synchronization method, and a program with which it is possible to filter GPS jamming that causes micro-disturbances to continue. [Solution] A management device 100 for a time synchronization system 1000 comprises: a time fluctuation information reception unit 130 that acquires time fluctuation information and position information for time synchronization devices 200; a position information classification unit 140 that classifies the time synchronization devices into prescribed categories on the basis of the acquired position information; a time fluctuation analysis unit 150 that determines whether multiple behaviors are the same as pertains to the behaviors of the time fluctuation of the time synchronization devices 200 belonging to each category, and analyzes the time fluctuations on the basis of the determination result; and a filter delivery unit 160 that outputs, to a time synchronization device having an abnormal time fluctuation, a command to interrupt the time information received from a measurement satellite. A GPS-FW 210 comprises a filter determination unit 212 that interrupts the time information received from a GPS satellite 1 when an interruption command is received from the management device 100.
