The present invention relates to a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and, more particularly, to an exterior tire air pressure measurement module comprised in a TPMS. The present invention comprises: a tire air injection valve which is mounted on a wheel rim, has formed on one side thereof a latching protrusion that latches on a rim flange on the inner side of the rim, has an air injection tube protruding on the other side of the latching protrusion, and has formed thereon an air injection tube sealing cover for covering the air injection tube; and a valve cap which has formed thereon a coupling groove that is coupled to a screw thread formed on the outer peripheral side of one side of the air injection tube. In addition, an electronic circuit unit, which is for detecting the tire air pressure that flows in through the coupled air injection tube and for transmitting the detected air pressure, is comprised inside the coupling groove of the valve cap. And an insertion groove, into which a coupling protrusion portion of the air injection tube sealing cover is inserted upon screw coupling to the air injection tube, is formed on the valve cap.
