Provided is a tire bead production device. The tire bead production device comprises: a rubber strip extruding apparatus that is used for extruding an apex of a tire component; a pre-cutting apparatus, which is connected to the rubber strip extruding apparatus by means of a conveying assembly so as to transport the extruded apex to the pre-cutting apparatus for cutting; a bonding drum, wherein the pre-cutting apparatus is provided with a cutting conveyor belt, a conveying surface of the cutting conveyor belt corresponds to the bonding drum, and the cutting conveyor belt is liftably disposed so as to drive the apex to bond to an outer peripheral surface of the bonding drum; the bonding drum is provided with an adhesion assembly so as to attach the apex to the outer peripheral surface of the bonding drum; and a steel ring supply device that is used to carry a steel ring and drive the steel ring to move in a direction approaching the bonding drum so that the apex is attached to the steel ring, thus solving the problem in the existing technology in which tire bead production efficiency is low.
