Abstract:
Provided are a tire operation service system and method that efficiently provide rescue service, such as tire replacement, to a user when there is a tire failure. The present invention comprises: a tire information monitoring device 1 which includes a function for monitoring information pertaining to a tire and a function for detecting position information, and to which unique identification information has been assigned; a tire operation server 2 that is provided with a user information database 2A in which user information corresponding to the identification information is stored and a shop information database 2B in which position information for each shop is stored, and that is connected to the tire information monitoring device 1 via a communication network; and a shop terminal 3 and a user terminal 4 that are connected to the tire operation server 2 via the communication network. The tire operation server 2 is configured to include: a user information extraction means; a nearby shop extraction means; a shop-with-handling-ability extraction means; and a shop information transmission means.
