Abstract:
A tire valve ID registration system is provided with: a plurality of tire valves (4) that each transmits a radio wave (Sva) including a valve ID; and a receiver (12) that receives the radio waves transmitted from the tire valves and registers the valve IDs. The receiver (12) includes a known determination unit (22) that determines whether a newly received valve ID is a known valve ID registered in the receiver (12), and a known ID use permission unit (23) that permits the known valve ID to be reused as a valve ID for a vehicle on the basis of the result of determination by the known determination unit (22).
