Abstract:
This tire valve unit is provided with: a tire valve which comprises a rubber body around the outer periphery of a valve stem, and has a first axial end and a second axial end; and a sensor unit which comprises a sensor that is mounted on a wheel and a housing in which the sensor is housed, said sensor unit being fixed to the tire valve. The tire valve unit is mounted onto the wheel by the tire valve being pressed from the first axial end into a mounting hole provided in the wheel. The body is provided with: a facing portion which will face the inner surface of the mounting hole when the tire valve unit is mounted on the wheel; a base end portion which is located on the second axial end side of the tire valve relative to the facing portion; and a mounting portion which includes the facing portion and the base end portion. The tire valve is provided with protruding mounting portions which have a shape protruding outwardly from the inside of the mounting portion along the axial direction of the tire valve. The tire valve unit is provided with fasteners for fixing the protruding mounting portions to the housing.
