Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a tire vulcanization molding device that can reduce the number of repairing times and prolong service life by preventing damage to and abrasion of an outer ring and a lower mold plate, and can improve assembling accuracy and stability of a ring-shaped mold assembled by closing each segment. Provided is the tire vulcanization molding device in which an outer ring 4 is provided with a guide pin T on an outside surface 45 thereof, a lower plate 3 is provided with a fitting concave part on an upper surface 31a of a lateral wall 31 thereof and defines an area from an upper end 32a to a halfway position 32b toward a lower end 32c of an inside surface 32 as an outwardly-inclined surface K outwardly inclined from the halfway position 32b to the upper end 32a, and a length D from a lower surface T1 of the guide pin T to a lower surface 48 of the outer ring 4 is set at a length shorter than a length in a vertical direction E of the outwardly-inclined surface K.
