Abstract:
In this tire vulcanization system (100), a vulcanized tire (T1) unloaded from a vulcanizer (10) by a tire conveyance device (80) is passed to a PCI device (20) at a first position and a top lid (22) is attached to the PCT device (20). The PCI device (20) to which the top lid (22) has been mounted is moved from the first position to the second position by a PCI moving unit (50). The tire conveyance device (80) receives a raw tire (T1) positioned above the PCI device (20) that has been moved to the second position, and loads the raw tire (T1) into the vulcanizer (10).
