Abstract:
Provided is a tire vulcanizing molding device in which tire molding dies 11, 31, 41, 51, 81 are configured by a side mold and molding molds 14, 32, 42, 52, 84, wherein heat insulating sections 14S, ..., 35S, …, 45S, 52S, 84X, 84Y, which are provided inside the molding molds and/or holder members 20, 35, 45 that retain the molding molds, are provided at positions corresponding, in a tire radial direction R, to tread grooves 3v, 73l, 73s formed in tread sections 3, 73 by protruding parts 14p, 32p, 52p, 84p, 84l of the molding molds while the tire molding die 11 is in a clamped state. As a result, it is possible to prevent a peripheral area of a tread groove of a tire tread section from becoming over-vulcanized due to being heated more than other areas when vulcanizing.
