Abstract:
A tire according to the present invention is a tire provided with a tread land portion sectioned on a tread by an isolation groove, or by the isolation groove and a tread end. The tread land portion is provided with siping extending inward from the surface of the tread land portion in the tire radial direction. The siping has a broadened portion in which the siping width is greater than at a position adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the siping. The cross-sectional area of a cross-section of the broadened portion orthogonal to the tire radial direction is greater at an inner side in the tire radial direction than at an outer side.
