Abstract:
A tissue clamping and closing device for passing through an endoscope, comprising: a clamp (11) having at least two clamp legs; a control line (13) separably connected to a through hole (111) at the proximal end of the clamp (11); an axial sheath arranged around the control line (13); a sleeve (12) configured to accommodate the proximal end portion of the clamp (11) and separably connected to the distal end of the axial sheath; a retainer configured to retain a connection between the sleeve (12) and the axial sheath and implement the separation of the sleeve (12) from the axial sheath by means of the deformation of the retainer under the action of the control line (13); a control mechanism (17) connected to the proximal end of the axial sheath and connected to the proximal end of the control line (13); wherein the control line (13) can control the at least two clamp legs of the clamp (11) to be opened or closed by means of the control mechanism (17). According to the tissue clamping and closing device for passing through the endoscope, on the basis of guaranteeing that the tissue clamping and closing device has a rotating function and a function of opening and closing for many times, the structure thereof is very simple, production costs and quality control costs are low, and the use stability and reliability of the tissue clamping and closing device are guaranteed.
