Abstract:
Disclosed is a titanium bronze alloy strip containing Nb and Al, characterized in that the titanium bronze alloy strip comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 2.00-4.50 wt% of Ti, 0.005-0.4 wt% of Nb, 0.01-0.5 wt% of Al, and the balance of Cu and inevitable impurities. Preferably, in the microstructure of the titanium bronze alloy strip, the number of intermetallic compound particles with a particle size of 50-500 nm and containing Nb and Al is not lower than 1×105 /mm2, and the number of intermetallic compound particles with a particle size greater than 1 μm and containing Nb and Al is not higher than 1×103/mm2 Under the conditions of ensuring an excellent bending performance, the titanium bronze alloy strip has an excellent stability, in particular, the stability of its mechanical properties at high temperatures. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the titanium bronze alloy strip.
