Abstract:
Disclosed is a titanium dioxide single-crystal material. The titanium dioxide single-crystal material is an anatase type titanium dioxide single-crystal material; the size of the titanium dioxide single-crystal material is 0.1cm-30cm. Also disclosed is a growing method for a large-sized anatase type titanium dioxide single crystal. The titanium dioxide single-crystal material has good compactness and high crystallinity. The method for growing the crystal material is simple in operation, good in repeatability and low in price, and may be suitable for scale production. This anatase type titanium dioxide single crystal is one of the most important semiconductors. Because of the excellent photoelectric characteristics and stability, low toxicity and other advantages, such crystal is widely used in fields such as photocatalysis, dye-sensitized solar cells, photochromic devices and gas sensing.
