Abstract:
When a cleaning instruction means has issued a cleaning instruction, if a toilet lid 20 is open, a sequential operation is permitted, in which an operation to close the toilet lid by means of a toilet lid drive unit 22 starts, and after the toilet lid is closed, a cleaning operation by means of a toilet cleaning unit 13 is performed, wherein: the cleaning instruction issued by the cleaning instruction means includes a cleaning instruction based on pre-cleaning for bringing a bowl 12 to a predetermined pooled-water state; and when the cleaning instruction based on said pre-cleaning has been issued, a control unit 5 inhibits the sequential operation in the state in which the toilet lid is open, and causes the toilet cleaning unit to perform the bowl cleaning operation regardless of the open or closed state of the toilet lid.
