Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a multi-ply toilet roll to which a variety of designs are readily applied by embossing and in which ply separation does not readily occur during manufacture and use. [Solution] The abovementioned problem is solved by a toilet roll in which ply pressure-bonded sheets, obtained through 2- to 3-ply sheets being integrated in a laminated manner by a pressure-bonding unit having a width of 1-20 mm along the continuation direction, are integrated with each other in an adhesive by an adhesive agent applied to a protrusion formed by embossing on at least one ply pressure-bonded sheet and are such that 4- to 6-ply toilet paper obtained through said adhesive integration is wound in the shape of a roll.
