The present invention relates to a toilet system and a toilet cleaning system for managing same and, more specifically, to a toilet system and a toilet cleaning system for managing same, the toilet system having a wastewater backflow preventing structure provided in a toilet so as to cause the by-pass of wastewater flowing backward and thus the wastewater is prevented from overflowing in the toilet, and having an automatic cleaning system so that the toilet can be hygienically managed.
