Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a toner seal material which, in an image forming device such as a laser printer, a copy machine, and a multi-function machine, or similar electronic devices, closely contacts the surface of a rotating member including a photosensitive drum, a developing roller, and a fixing roller or closely contacts an opening for supplying and discharging toner, and implements the prevention of toner leakage and scraping of the residual toner. [Solution] This toner seal material 1 is formed of a felt material 2 which has a thickness of 0.2-3.0 mm and in which a card wrap mainly composed of fluorine-based fibers is integrated by needle punching, wherein the surface of said felt material is formed to be entirely uneven in order to reduce the frictional resistance with the rotating member, the depth of a recessed portion on this uneven surface is 0.1-1.0 mm, and a cushion layer 3 and an adhesive layer 5 are additionally provided on the lower surface of said felt material.
