Abstract:
A tooth cutting transmission mechanism of a zipper tooth arrangement machine and the zipper tooth arrangement machine. The zipper tooth arrangement machine comprises the tooth cutting transmission mechanism. The tooth cutting transmission mechanism comprises: a cam distribution shaft (111) and two tooth cutting conjugate cams (112), the two tooth cutting conjugate cams (112) being sleeved and fixed on the peripheral surface of the cam distribution shaft (111); a first double-arm driven member, one arm of the first double-arm driven member being kept in contact with one tooth cutting conjugate cam (112), and the other arm being kept in contact with the other tooth cutting conjugate cam (112), wherein the two tooth cutting conjugate cams (112) work in conjunction with the first double-arm driven member to convert continuous rotation of the cam distribution shaft (111) into a reciprocating swing of the first double-arm driven member; and a first swing-to-translation conversion structure, used for receiving the reciprocating swing of the first double-arm driven member and converting same into reciprocating translation, so as to drive a tooth cutting mechanism of the zipper tooth arrangement machine to perform reciprocating translation for cutting.
