Abstract:
A toothbrush which can be easily differentiated in functionality and a sense of use without depending on the special cutting shapes of bristles and without requiring a complicated array of bristle bundles or a plurality of types of bristles. In the toothbrush (1) wherein a plurality of bristle bundles (6A, 6B) are implanted into the implanting surface (3a) of a head (3), the bristle bundles (6A, 6B) of tapered bristles including the tapered bristles having the diameters gradually decreasing toward the tips of the bristles and having different tip diameters are implanted into the implanting surface (3a) of the head (3) to provide distribution in the tip diameters of the bristle bundles (6A, 6B) implanted into the implanting surface (3a) of the head (3).
