Abstract:
Provided is a tablet terminal (50) as a facility management device associated with at least one among a plurality of facility devices within a building under management, said tablet terminal (50) comprising a display information generation part (53), a touch panel (51), and an action control information generation part (54). The display information generation part (53) generates display information for a management screen wherein a plurality of icons have been arranged, each of said icons comprising a rectangular exterior frame and a first area set at one end along the major axis within the exterior frame. The touch panel (51) displays the generated management screen display information and receives an input of information relating to an operation having been executed on the management screen. Upon sensing that a slide operation has been carried out on any of the icons of the management screen displayed on the touch panel from the first area through a first slide operation sensing line effectively configured within the exterior frame excepting the first area, the action control information generation part (54) generates operation control information for switching the power supply of the corresponding facility device on or off.
