Abstract:
A tourmaline healthcare three-piece bedding set, comprising a bed pad (10) and two pillow pads (20). A plurality of healthcare areas (11) is provided on the upper surface of the bed pad (10); multiple first healthcare bags (12) are provided in the healthcare areas (11); a plurality of second healthcare bags (21) is provided on the upper surfaces of the pillow pads (20); tourmaline particles are put in the first healthcare bags (12) and the second healthcare bags (21); the four corners of the lower surface of the bed pad (10) are all provided with first fastening means (13) used for fixing the bed pad onto a bed; the lower surfaces of the pillow pads (20) are provided with a plurality of second fastening means (22) used for fixing the pillow pads (20) to pillow cores. Micro-current basically coinciding with bioelectricity of a human body always flows on the surfaces of the tourmaline particles, so that the bioelectricity of the human body can be replenished and regulated at any time, to enable the pathological potential to return to normal and enable the law of bioelectricity disrupted by harmful radiations such as electromagnetic waves to return to normal. By using the pillow pads or the healthcare bags of this utility model during sleep, the symptoms of insomnia can be conveniently and effectively alleviated, and the quality of sleep can thus be improved.
