Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a toxic gas-reducing, environmentally-friendly ignition coal according to the present invention comprises: a step of chipping wood to a certain size or less by using an industrial chipper; a step of heat processing the wood material, obtained after the chipping step, over a certain time at a processing temperature of 150°C to 400°C such that the carbon content of the wood material is 55wt% to less than 80wt%; a step of introducing the wood material, which has undergone heat processing, into a pulverizer and pulverizing same into wood powder form; and a step of mixing the heat processed wood powder, which has undergone the pulverizing step, with a natural adhesive, then injecting the mixture into a die or a mold press and press-forming and drying same, wherein the method is characterized in that the generation of toxic gas is reduced.
